According to my calculations, on Wednesday April 5, 2017, the STARZ Encore Western Channel will broadcast "A Study in Petticoats," Episode 5.5 of the old TV series Tales of Wells Fargo. This is the episode in which Dale Robertson spanks Diane Jergens, reputedly on her exposed bloomers. This episode has been unavailable for some 50 years; it has never been released on DVD or any other medium; and it does not appear on any compilations or websites devoted to spanking scenes. STARZ has been running Tales of Wells Fargo in strict order and will shortly begin Season 4. If all goes smoothly, it should reach Season 5, Episode 5 on the date indicated (the time should be 5:54 pm EST). This may finally be a chance for spanking enthusiasts to view and capture this long-lost rarity. I'll keep a watch-out and report any changes.
