It's official: the STARZ Encore Western Channel has scheduled the telecast of "A Study in Petticoats" for Tuesday, April 4 (not April 5 as I previously indicated, mea culpa) at 6:25 pm EST. This is the episode in which Dale Robertson spanks the nubile Diane Jergens on her exposed bloomers. As I noted before, this episode has been unavailable for 50 years. I've wanted to see it for most of my life, and will be interested to learn if it lives up to expectations. Fingers crossed.
