Well if you're going to do them actually Full Tilt on somebody I'd say the atomic drop because you can really hurt your tailbone or one of your butt cheeks all your butthole all together. But in wrestling when you're almost faking the move the atomic drop wouldn't hurt as much it still feel a little bit of a jar in your spine and in your butt but a full off wedgie would hurt no matter what.
